EPT San Remo: Allan Baekke Leading
Image The Day 4 has eliminated 42 players from 66, who were in the game at the beginning of this day. The other 24 players are heading into the Day 5 with Allan Beakke as the chip leader with nearly 3.5 million.

Closest to him are Dermot Blain and Dmitry Stelmak, but still almost one million behind Beakke. That gives him a good chance to became the first ever winner of two titles from EPT Main Event. This Danish player has recently won EPT Snowfest already.

Besides Blain and Stelmak there some more names to be mentioned. From Germany it is Thang Duc Nguyen, Dutchman Paul Berende, Jens Thorson, British pro Liv Boeree as the last woman fighting, Alexey Rybin from Russia. Claudio Rinaldi from France or Bulgarian Atanas Gueorguiev will have to try hard; their stack positions are kind of short at the moment.

The EPT San Remo Main Event is the biggest EPT event that has ever taken place in Europe with total prize pool of more than €6 million. And here is a sample of players who lost the opportunity to fight for it: American Joe Serock beat up by Matthias de Meulder eliminated himself later on, Nick Schulman, Dag Martin Mikkelsen, Alfio Battisti or Pierpaolo Fabretti.
